The 1 crore winners
The Aashiqui star Rahul Roy is the first person to win the Bigg Boss trophy in the year 2007. Rahul won 1 crore INR as the prize money. 
Ashutosh Kaushik is quite a familiar name among TV audiences. He was the winner of the second edition, and was also paid 1 crore INR. 
In the year 2009, Vindu Dara Singh grabbed the 3rd edition Bigg Boss trophy. He too was given an amount of 1 crore INR. 
Shweta Tiwari was the winner of 4th edition of Bigg Boss and took home a hefty amount of 1 crore INR. She has recently contested in Khatron Ke Khiladi. 
TV’s favorite girl Juhi Parmar was the winner of 5th edition of Bigg boss in the year 2012. She took 1 crore INR as well.
The 50 lakh winners:
Gauhar Khan was the winner of the Bigg Boss in its seventh season. She too took home 50 lakh INR. She defeated Tanisha in the finale. 
Gautam Gulati was the winner of the 8th season of Bigg Boss, and the prize money was 50 lakh INR in this edition too. 
Urvashi Dholakia was the winner of the 6th edition of Bigg boss,however, her due was only 50% of what her predecessors were getting. In short, she won only 50 lakh INR.
Under 50 lakh winners:
Rubina Dilaik was the winner of the most recent season of Bigg Boss- Bigg Boss 14, and her prize money was reduced to 36 lakh INR as Rakhi Sawant opted for leaving the house taking home 14 lakh INR from prize money. 
Prize amount dipped further in the 11th season of Bigg Boss, which is considered to be the most controversial season in the history of the reality show. Shilpa won 44 lakh INR, and 6 lakh INR went into the account of Vikas Gupta. 
Sidharth Shukla, who unfortunately passed away on 2nd September,2021, was perhaps the most popular winner. Despite Bigg Boss 13 being the most successful season, Sidharth took home only 40 lakh INR as prize money, whereas Paras Chhabra bagged 10 lakh INR.
