Swami Omji Maharaj, who was ousted from reality TV show “Bigg Boss 10” due to his outrageous antics, has spoken out against its host and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, calling him a “traitor”.

At a press conference here on Tuesday, Omji, who belongs to Hindu Mahasabha, said he will hold a rally against Salman on January 27. He has often said that Bharatiya Janata Party is his own party.

“I will break the ‘Bigg Boss’ house and set it on fire,” Omji said at the conference, going into a tirade against Salman. Omji is known to revel in making statements aimed at shocking people.

The self-proclaimed godman said that on December 30, 2016, Salman came inside the “Bigg Boss” house to meet him. “When Salman came inside, he gave me ‘king of footage’ award. He is a chain smoker, so he started smoking in front of me. I said, ‘You can’t smoke here. This is against the rule, so go to the smoking area’,” he said.

Omji claimed Salman then called him to the smoking room where there were no cameras. “He was heavily drunk. He told me: ‘I have a bigger sena than your Hindu Mahasabha.’ I asked, ‘How?’ He said that Hafiz Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim, Masood Azhar and Abu Salem are all his friends and ‘I (Salman) am an ISI agent. I work for them’.” Omji has earlier too made several claims without any basis.

“After that, he even threw a cigarette puff on my face, after which I lost my control and slapped him. I am totally against this traitor,” Omji said.

While on “Bigg Boss 10”, Omji was given several warnings to clean up his act. However, his words and acts would hit a new low each time. While once he reportedly urinated in the kitchen of the show, he also threw piss over fellow contestants. He later claimed it was “only water”.

The reality show, recorded by dozens of cameras, airs on Colors.

In the history of Bigg Boss this is the first time when Salman Khan took the most powerful decision of kicking out a contestant Priyanka Jagga, who was keeping unwell since past few days. Fans and inmates are rejoicing over this decision. As soon as she went out of the house, Priyanka did a live chat with her fans and posted the video on social media sites. In the video she defended her behaviour by saying that it was her health that provoked her to do all that she was doing inside the house, hurl abuses at everyone, talk rubbish about Manu Punjabi’s mother which irked the viewers and Salman Khan.

In the video, Priyanka says that she had earlier asked the makers to not send her back into the house post eviction, but each time she came out, she was sent in.

Priyanka further says that Bigg Boss didn’t have good doctors who could take care of her due to the location of the house.

Priyanka further said that she made the biggest mistake by going back into the house from the secret room. She said, “I just wanted to come out by any way, mujhe marna nahi tha waha pe (I didn’t want to die there).

“To come out of that house, either I had to vandalize stuff or say something wrong, otherwise they wouldn’t have let me come out. To come out of that house had become one of my targets,” added Priyanka.

Priyanka’s revelations brings out the ‘reality’ of reality shows where entertainment takes precedence above all factors and drive artists/contestants to lose control of their demeanor.

Actor Rahul Dev, who was evicted from the reality TV show “Bigg Boss” season 10, says that the show helped him in “self-discovery” and has left him with “bitter-sweet memories”.

“The house and its inmates taught me how to be patient and deal with difficult and uncomfortable situations. Thanks to ‘Bigg Boss’, I have finally overcome my fear for kitchen and cooking. I am glad that after this, I can cook decent food,” Rahul said in a statement.

“I am going to miss spending time with Rohan Mehra and Lopamudra Raut. I am going to definitely root for them and looking forward to seeing them as the finalist of the show,” he added.

The show which is aired on Colors channel, is an Indian version of international series “Celebrity Big Brother”. It features celebrities locked inside a house for three months under constant camera surveillance, without any gadgets or luxury. This time, the spotlight is on the common man as well.
